Boxers - Boxers are wonderful dogs that generally have a "I love life" personality. They are often interested in what is going on in the household and keep themselves quite busy. They are high-energy dogs and like lots of exercise and play time. These dogs require a diligent owner that is willing to give them the stimulation they need. Boxers are generally easy to train and very smart. They greatly benefit from basic obedience training since they are eager to please and want to do the right thing. Unfortunately, Boxers are prone to certain health problems including different types of cancer and heart disease, which can drastically shorten their lifespan.
