Tip for Keeping a Kitten Warm

Here is a tip from one of our PetPlace.com users:

I have been tube feeding my kitten Nymo (Nemo) since he was a few days old…I couldn't afford to get a heating pad or heating ring like my vet suggested, so I have been using a long sock filled with RICE. I just heat it up for a few minutes in the microwave while I am tube feeding him and put it in his box with a towel over it. He loves it, plus he smells like rice when I snuggle with him.

Please make sure the sock doesn't get too hot! Always place a towel over it and make sure the kitten can move away from it if it gets too hot!
